A cool and classy dress from Jones New York. Sheer short sleeves, crew necklilne and a back button closure. Thin shoulder pads are not enclosed inside lining so you can snip them out if you don't need/want them. Full lining except for the sheer sleeves. Skirt flares slightly to hemline. An almost watercolor like design on this dress. So pretty!
